Hr Business Engagement Manager
CurrentI am responsible for the management of the Human Resources Business Partner (BP) and administration team. The BP team are tasked with delivering a first class end to end HR advisory and business support service across the whole business. I work in partnership with Directors, Heads of Department and Managers by providing strategic and operational support across the complete employee life-cycle including recruitment, induction, case management, change management, learning and development, talent and succession planning.At strategic level this role takes sole responsibility for the VisitScotland recruitment strategy and associated employer branding projects. I am responsible for supporting the delivery of the VisitScotland people strategy and delivery of the staff engagement plan. The role is also the lead for all HR policies and coordinates with specialist colleagues elsewhere in the department to ensure our policies and procedures are updated, meet any legislative requirements and are clearly understood and communicated across the business.
