Responsible for Gas Market Submissions, and processing gas TOU downloads.A large focus for our team is maintaining relationships with the Network Companies and reconciling their invoices based on our energy submissions. Part of this includes maintaining and updating all Network pricing within our system to ensure accuracy of reporting.

Reconciliation reporting for both Gas and Electricity, adhering to strict deadlines and industry compliance. Compiling monthly billing summary data for our Commercial customers and reviewing monthly supplier invoices to ensure correct charges against what we reported. Regular system data checks to ensure accuracy both within our customer database, and for reporting purposes to guarantee compliance with current legislation. Backup and support to our Commercial Account Manager, providing pricing and customer service to our large commercial customers. Also act as an Internal Auditor, auditing procedural documents throughout other departments to ensure compliance for ISO Certification.

Switching gas customers between Retailers at their request, and arranging for New Gas Connections, Meter Reinstallations, Relocations or Removal. Daily front-counter customer service.

This position was based as first on the phones, dealing with customer queries in a timely fashion. Accurately loading and finalising customer accounts in the internal database system. Arranged the Reconnection and Disconnection of supplies, and organising these with the appropriate contractor.
