My role as Business Manager is varied and allows me to support company growth, help lead operational initiatives, build strategies, and drive success in office and facilities management, employee wellbeing, vendor management, compliance and accreditations. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I also focus on continuous improvement, while leading my own team forward to achieve meaningful outcomes and support as the heart of the business. Previously, I have worked in Business Support in the third sector, education and consulting industries at C-suite level. I have experience working in family offices, international offices and as part of a start up culture. Throughout my career I have managed projects of various sizes and gained invaluable experience in marketing, events and administration and business management. Prior to full time employment, I achieved a BA Honours Degree in English and Classical Studies at the University College Dublin. I then went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Classics at the same institution.
