I have many years experience working in the railway industry, starting within the Supply Chain where I developed my commercial skills, including negotiating, supplier management and strategy creation. In my current role I am responsible for the management of the finance new entrant schemes, supporting Graduates, Apprentices and Interns to build their career within Network Rail. I have an interest in helping others develop and making the workplace an inclusive environment, I am passionate about all things D&I and am part of the Cultural Fusion Network Leadership Team at Network Rail, supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic employees.In the past year I have completed my BA in Business Management, as well as CIPD level 5 in people management.
