I’ve done a week works experience at a cafe, making cakes, and prepping food for service. I’ve catered for 50 people for a scout quiz by myself. I’m going to do a weeks work experience at claridges hotel in April this will build my confidence more in a bigger kitchen and working with a bigger team, with more pressure.
