• Drive Adoption of GM&E Technology to increase operational efficiencies
• Provide GM&E tools to inform hotel strategy and pricing with a consistent approach throughout EMEA
• Support GM&E strategy through improved data standards to gain customer insights and drive business performance through reliable data

• Acting as the primary commercial EMEA contact in the roll out and adoption of Delphi.fdc (ASEM) to EMEA hotels
• Acting as a central point of contact when reviewing GM&E performance along with delivery of key projects and initiatives in EMEA’s commercial planning and optimization team
• Providing key data and analyses to support and influence EMEA hotels
• Influencing and engaging with Regional teams to drive performance and identify key risks/opportunities
• Deliver training to new GCE Manager on revenue management and commercial strategy
