Plan drillholes, geophysical programs and other relevant surveys to test exploration targets.• Write Assessment Reports and participate in permitting activities as required.• Plan field traverses for crews focused on exploration and geological targets. Planhelicopter pick-ups and drop-offs for maximum efficiency.• Organize and implement training programs for all field and camp crews. Ensure that allsafety programs are implemented and followed. Submit incident reports as necessary.• Organize and manage contractors hired for the exploration programs (e.g. helicopter,drills, pad building, consultants).• Ensure geological and sample data is collected, interpreted and documented correctly andefficiently.
