Here I am accountable for the daily paperwork going out to the lads on site, each set of paperwork was individual to each job and was essential for the gangs to get on or near the tracks. Once each job was complete I would make sure all the paperwork came back into the office I would scan it in to the shared drive and file the relevant documents. I complete IID's (intervention instruction documents) which are fundamental within the job packs as this shows what the job entails, its exact location and enables the COSS or Site Manager to review the job and deem it safe or not before getting to site.I deal with filing, ordering stationary and supplies and have recently been trained to do the pricing for the Culvert jobs that we have completed, this has required me to contact some companies and ask about charges we would receive for certain equipment such as HIABS and Skips which we have used to complete jobs. I make sure all van packs are up to date and full with any documents the site managers may need in excess of the ones with in each job pack. The van packs include all our companies COSHH assessments, Risk assessments, HAVS and Works Package Plans. All of these must be on site of each job and must be up to date to comply with regulations and policies.
