In this role I had to assess individual cases on a claim basis. Assess health issues and make decisions based on evidenced documents provided. I have gained experience in calling claimants to discuss current circumstances to ensure all facts are correct. I have learned the ability to understand and manage people professionally. In my role my duties were to conduct and execute reports to support my decisions based on regulations and laws set in place.
