Secondment Position (Maternity Leave Cover) in the Business Events team.Securing Business Events across our venues - from small meetings, to large conferences, to dinners and anything in between within our award winning venues - Claudelands, FMG Stadium Waikato and Seddon Park.

Auckland

• Management of three function venues at Quay West Suites Auckland and The Sebel Suites Auckland.
• Provide first point contact for all event enquires and provide thorough information and service to clients throughout the event process.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure all aspects of event management are correctly followed.
• Ensure all company databases (eg Opera, ACT) are kept up to date with all information pertaining to each client and event taking place.
• Advise client of all details – contract obligations, venue information and changes throughout the event process.
• Invoicing requirements proceeding event taking place.

Auckland

• Provide sales support to NZ Business Development Managers (Corporate and Leisure).
• Provide support to NZ Regional Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Liaise effectively with all departments (NZ and Australia based) to ensure correct systems and processes where being implemented where possible.

Auckland

• Provide customer support and make bookings for internal employees needing to travel for business domestically and/or internationally.
• Advise of any information and internal policies to employees regarding any travel requirements for business travel.
• Organise any business visas required for locations that employees are travelling to.
• Liaise regularly with travel agent regarding international flight requirements – flights/accommodation/rental car.
• Manage company travel database communicating all travel booked/changed or cancelled to keep record of all travel spend from the company for review.
• Invoicing requirements for all travel booked through the company for business travel.

Auckland

• Provide customer support for new and existing corporates for the relocation of business effects and storage needs.
• Advice and information to clients on international, domestic and local office relocations.
• Organise daily movements of the crew and liaise with clients in regards to all facets of their relocation.
• Manage client base that requires keeping in touch on a weekly or daily basis, as well as instigating and maintaining invoicing procedures.
• Involved in the organisation and administration of major business relocations, for example the migration project of Auckland District Health Board, including Auckland Hospital, Greenlane and National Women’s Hospital.
• Microsoft Word and Excel as I present tender documents, written quotations and various databases for payroll and organising staff timetables.
