Leanne Jacobson is an equity focused evaluator with more than 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing evaluations of programs designed to diversify the STEM pipeline from children/youth programs to educator capacity, to access, retention, and graduation with a STEM degree to workforce programs. In recent years, Jacobson has begun working with organizations and communities of practice to identify, address and embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into its strategic plans.
