Recently completed my L5 ILM certificate through Kaplan. My role here is Talent coach, another role under my belt in this great company. Been in this role now for nearly 3 years compiling my L3 CAVA certificate at the beginning of starting this position. I worked for 2.5 years at the family business of Merlin Archery, as accounts and HR. At Kaplan I put my hand to a bit of everything from Account Management. Looking at accounts and debts. Dealing with Students and training managers. I ran Open days and attended Careers Fairs to talk to young people about accountancy apprenticeships.Before I went to Kaplan I started looking after my husbands books which is what got me into accountancy. I dealt with his customers organised quotes invoices and his bank account. I have also worked within the metal industry dealing with orders, again invoicing and filing.
