* Responsible for the overall development and fundraising function of the ministry including: fundraising events, communication, grant proposals, individual donor relationships, strategic planning of goals and objectives and supervision of the Development Staff. Recruit and lead committees of volunteers for events. Work with Board to achieve organization goals and objectives

• Responsible for the supervision of the financial operations and the general administrative functions of the ministry.• Prepare & manage monthly financial reports• Manage all HR Functions• Prepare annual fiscal budget for Board approval• Manage general office operation• Manage organization’s finances• Research and respond to legal issues
