Leanne Kaplan is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 12 years experience in providing evidence-based neuropsychological assessment and treatment to adults and older adults with various neurological, psychiatric and medical conditions. Leanne has specialised expertise and interest in neurodegenerative conditions and the impact of mental health on cognitive functioning. Leanne also holds the position of Clinical Neuropsychologist at St Vincent’s Hospital, within the Adult Mental Health and Homeless Health Services. Within this service she provides neuropsychological assessment for adults with a range of mental health conditions, behavioural concerns, intellectual disabilities and other developmental disorders (e.g. ADHD/Autism Spectrum Disorder). Prior to this, Leanne worked for 10 years in the Older People’s Mental Health Service at St Vincent’s Hospital, specialising in neurodegenerative conditions (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease) and cognitive rehabilitation (i.e., brain training). In addition, Leanne is passionate about education and training and is an honorary associate of Macquarie University. Leanne is also a guest lecturer at Sydney University and the University of Notre Dame.
