• Reporting to a Senior Business Manager, assisting in the day to day management and development of a portfolio of approx 60 customers which comprised of SME companies and high net worth individuals.• Directly supported the SBM and BM with on-going credit risk management of the portfolio. • Responsible for the maintenance of high quality file and credit standards to ensure satisfactory Group Credit Review every year.• Actively involved in the sales process including actively identifying and up-selling opportunities for clients across a range of banking products.• Responsible for sales pipeline management for the portfolio.• Involved in the process of high standard credit applications and the regular review process of existing customer exposure.• Key point of contact for many customers in relation to both lending and administrative queries resulting in very strong problem solving and query resolution capabilities.
