As the Director of Customer Success for the FUEL line of business at 24G, I lead and manage a team of account professionals who develop and maintain client relationships in the learning, marketing and communications sector. I apply my background as a talent development and learning strategist to this role to develop and propose solutions that drive retail network engagement for our clients.
