My career goal and bachelor degree was in education. I was then presented a different opportunity. and began working in an office. For four years I worked as an office manager. I had daily communications with clients, handled all accounts and banking, payroll, purchasing, and scheduling. I then became a full time mom. During this time I was the PTA VP and President for over 8 years. This experience required high self-motivation, handling and being held accountable for money in excess of $10,000., dedication, and the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, board members, and school personnel. I ran and directed several events each year, worked with community businesses to get donations, expanded and created social and educational programs and events. During my second year of being PTA President, teacher involvement increased from 25% to 100%. Several years ago I was introduced to event services. It has been a great match with my personality, experience, and it allows me the flexibility to balance my family and remain committed to work. I have gained a great deal of customer service experience and mastered many aspects in a variety of situations. My customer service skills, ability to adapt positively, and take initiative to learn and complete tasks all come natural and are just a part of who I am and what I enjoy.
