Before attending law school, I worked for a fair housing non-profit in the San Francisco Bay Area which sparked my passion for helping others and advocating for the vulnerable and marginalized people within our community. While in law school, I was immediately drawn to, and started working with the non-profit organization, Benefits Law Center where I assisted low income and homeless clients through the social security disability process in situations where they have difficulty finding traditional representation. Upon graduating, I worked at one other disability law firm before finding the perfect match with the team at Douglas, Drachler, McKee & Gilbrough. DDMG is a small law firm that offers personal service, attention, and quality legal services. We partner with clients at all levels of the Social Security process, from initial application to administrative hearings, and in federal court appeals. I work closely with my clients to ensure they understand what is going on in their cases. I diligently develop cases and prepare my clients in order to maximize their chances of success. I take pride in my strong approval record at both the administrative and the federal court levels of appeal.I have devoted my entire legal career to representing clients in social security appeals. After over ten years of this work and hundreds of cases, I continue to be inspired by my clients every single day and continue to feel an immense amount of privilege to be able to do the work that I do.
