I joined Natwest after my A-Levels. I worked my way through the ranks, enjoying the selling role of Customer Adviser the most. I was a very successful adviser, attending many achievers events. I helped customers with new accounts, credit arrangements and mortgages. I then became a Branch Manager, looking after all elements of running the branch. Team Management, Sales Coaching, and ensuring strong controls were in place, as set by both the Bank's internal regulations, and those set by the regulator.
