I have completed my thesis, based on skills supply and demand to the biodiversity sector. This research will provide further insight to the Greenmatter Programme, pertaining to skills within the biodiversity sector, namely wildlife veterinarians and fresh water ecologists, referred to as scarce biodiversity skills, the factors affecting the transitions these young individuals make into the workplace.
