About Leanne Mclaughlan
I have many years of experience supporting adults with mental health and learning disability. Over this time I have gained passion and commitment to helping others and supporting others to have the best life possible.Since 2017 I have been in a management role within The Disabilities Trust. This has helped me gain experience in leading teams to provide bespoke support for challenging individuals within residential care.I have learnt many skills including managing teams, conflict management between staff, CQC compliance, communication skills, organisational skills and much more. All skills I have gained I feel I could use within future roles and across different organisations . I am a punctual person, who thrives off being organised and putting my all into my work. I work well as part of a team but can also work well on my own and use initiative in any situation. I am always looking to further my career and knowledge.
