Blackmores And Homes For Heroes
Co-creator and co-facilitator of an 8 week program developed for contemporary war veterans suffering from trauma and injury pre, during and post service. This program educates participants around naturopathic principles for wellness and teaches mindfulness skills. In between programs, casual weekly mindfulness classes are offered to the same group of war veterans. This program was offered (to many returning participants) at Homes for Heroes in Narrabeen, NSW from November 2016 to April 2019.
