I am an accomplished HR business partner, working with Teams across the Bacardi UK Operations Centre delivering world wide loved brands such as Bombay Sapphire, Dewars and Tails cocktails. I have experience in effective partnering with operational stakeholders to deliver the ‘people’ strategy alongside the overall company strategy resulting in strong business performance. I have a CIPD at Chartered level, alongside a Masters in HRM adding a strategic, theory-based lens to my approach. Whilst currently delivery a generalist HR partner role I have experience in performance management of all work levels in my remit, career development, training and learning, Employee relations, talent management, resource planning and a working knowledge of employment law. I pride myself on delivering projects on any of these areas with passion, integrity, strategic thought, and the confidence in an organised manner to use the stakeholders around me to achieve the best results.
