The contract will be processed through Bravo solutions using E-Auctions. I have attended and lead Sub Managers meetings and have been engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, taking lead on Supplier awareness days, and engaging with potential suppliers for the contract. A daily task is analysing the Health boards spend using the NHS internal ordering systems to gathering usage data. Writing business cases, a business plans for the Health Minister. Liaising with the lead Lymphoedema specialists to put together a specification ensuring that the patients needs have been addressed and that quality of the garments are up to standard. At the organisation I am also assisting on the wound care management contract, gathering usage figures and making sure the contract is being utilised to its full potential and implementing the contracts extension period and preparing for the new contract which will come into force in 2015. Regularly meeting with supplier’s who have new innovative products which will then be accessed through the sub group meeting.
