I am currently looking for a role within customer service or sales within an office or field sales role. I have 11 years experience within retail, 7 of which were at a managerial level. I am now looking for an opportunity change careers with my transferable skills.I have a proven history of achieving targets set to me. I believe this is due to my management skills and my ability to create opportunities, remove obstacles, encourage growth and release the potential of my employee’s. I use my authority in a positive manner to create an environment that would encourage employee’s natural desire to satisfy their needs. My time in a managerial role within Argos and Sports Direct has taught me a lot that will give me the opportunity to make a big impact in any company. I have lead and inspired my team by building strong relationships with my colleagues and by being a role model. I have recently lost 9 stone in 13 months, which shows how much I can achieve when I want something bad enough and put all my effort into something!
