I have spent most of my adult life exploring wholistic medicine. My passions are Reflexology and Ayurvedic Medicine. Based on the north coast of NSW, I have spent 20 years as a practitioner and educator.I began exploring reflexology when I was 18 years old, when I enjoyed the quiet presence of working on another’s feet. I quickly became engrossed in studying the myriad of maps on the feet, and my love of this eventually led me to study at the Queensland School of Reflexology in 1994. My interest in Ayurveda developed as a natural progression from yoga, which I have practiced from a young age. Ayurveda soon became a passion, and in 2000 I began studying with The Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies, later working for the Institute as a coordinator from 2002-2009. I enjoy gently encouraging people to find wellbeing, peace of mind with Reflexology and Ayurveda in our clinic in Grafton - Clarence Natural Therapies. I offer a variety of treatments including Reflexology, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultations, Ayurvedic Massage, Basti and Shirodhara. I have enjoyed lecturing in Reflexology, Ayurvedic Massage and Nutrition at the NSW School of Natural Medicine, where I have also taught a two-year Diploma Course that involved training reflexology practitioners. With my experience in this area, I am a member of the Reflexology Subject Matter Expert Group. This committee is involved in making changes to the Australian Reflexology Training Package, improving the standards of Reflexology training in Australia. I have presented at the National Reflexology Conference in 2010 and 2014. I currently run post-graduate reflexology workshops across Australia on Padaveda (blending Reflexology and Ayurveda) and facilitate Reflexology retreats. I also facilitate a variety of Ayurvedic Retreats on the North Coast of NSW including Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Cleansing and Ayurvedic Living.
