I provided, coordinated and managed health care support workers, health care plans and parental support to client users and the local authority. I held the responibilty of ensuring all staff were complex care trained (including Mandatory training) to a very high standard and meeting the legal regulations and requirements set out by CQC. Trailored packages were offered to suit each individual clients, as a mamager it was my responsibilty to work closely with the families to ensure care plans and risk assessments identify the level of care or support needed. I would manage and distribute resources effectively to ensure that all Home Care is provided in a caring and respectful way in keeping with relevant policies and procedures Liaising with other community services, local authority and commisioning body to ensure that the best care package is offered to ensure the safety, wellbeing and independence of the client user is to an outstanding level. Providing information and education to individuals and groups in the community, as required and requested. Managing care packages meant I was responsible for creating bespoke training programmes, interventions and workshop to suit individual requirements of our clients within the NHS, behavior units, mental health sector, community care and across the country. As a deputy safeguarding lead I was responible for managing the day to day safeguarding concerns, investigations, implementing actions plans and working with multi agencies to obtain desired outcomes. Reporting any concerns to children or adult services and working with families to ensure the safety and well being of each individuals.

Providing bespoke sexual health sessions, providing advice and guidance to all Birmingham City Council Children's Homes and young people.
