I am self-motivated and like to seek new challenges that will continue to improve and develop my skills and knowledge across a wide range of areas. The customer service industry provides me with a dynamic environment with many changes. My goal is to be the most knowledgeable and effective Manager I can be. I have worked towards achieving this goal by taking a proactive approach and performing various roles within management. I take a humanistic approach when leading and directing others to achieve the goals of the team and business outcomes.Each role has been a challenge and gives me the opportunity to enhance my skills and overall knowledge of the business in a variety of management roles. Positions I have held include sales consultant, sales centre coach, help desk specialist, learning and development manager, sales team manager, manager in Government and team leader roles. I am a curious individual who loves to challenge boundaries to get optimal benefit in whatever I do. I have a key eye for detail and am a strategic thinker who is passionate about life. I am able to direct and meeting organisational goals by taking a humanistic and inclusive approach where possible to ensure we are working towards and meeting the needs of the business and team.
