I participate in the gathering and analysing data for trends and producing written reports for the Head of Quality, Management Team and Board. My role includes maintaining and continually improving company Quality Management System, the Quality Audit Schedule and Action Log in line with ISO9001:2008 as well as company-wide training and re-training. I am responsible for the auditing and measurement of service compliance against a range of indicators; this is a key area if my role. I ensure high quality service is being delivered, implementing innovative techniques and conducting on-going training across all departments to ensure continuous development is being achieved. I am responsible for the collation of information from a range of sources within agreed deadlines to report on and present findings, recommend remedial action and follow up; presenting information to management and Board. I work daily on creating and reviewing current policies, processes and work instructions to ensure these are achieving the maximum potential, generating maximum revenue and high quality customer service levels with the least disturbance and cost to the company and ensuring company business plans, strategies, values and objectives are at the forefront of everything we do.
