Leanne Pringle, a native New Yorker served as IT Systems Support for Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Ms. Pringle provided training and end-user support to Hospital staff and Physicians on Cerner Power chart. She has a proven record of working with clinical users to discern project needs, develop instructor and user materials to support project requirements, maintain project-plans and manage timelines also the ability to lead seamless implementations and deliver next-generation technical solutions improving revenues, margins and workplace productivity. Ms. Pringle relocated to Maryland and is actively looking for an opportunity to utilize her skills in go-live support. Leanne is currently enrolled at Prince Georges Community College under the Nursing Program and recently received her certification in Early Childhood Education.Task Highlights at Maimonides Medical Center:• Manage “go-live” rollout of all application functions such as: Pre-operative Checklist; History and Physical co-signature; Physician Proxy setup, workflow and ePrescribing. • Trouble shoot Cerner problem calls in the IT Call Center. Provided additional onsite IT support on hospital floors: ED, OR, PACU, Cardiology, Outpatient Clinic and L&D. • Prepare lesson plans structure/content and teach initial Cerner application process in a classroom setting and/or one-on-one. • Test all EMR system application updates before employee view/use. • Conceptualize, design and create user handouts for any update or new system application feature in the EMR application system. • Provide quality training and support for Maimonides Medical Center clinical information system applications (Cerner). • Use analytical techniques to absorb software functionality and to transfer knowledge to functional users, by means of direct (one-on-one) or classroom (one to many) using modern educational techniques and resources.
