I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation for over 18 years in New York City and Sydney.My passion lies in guiding teachers on their journey, by combining yoga theory with powerful inner work. I've created a different kind of teacher development offering, because this is a role that requires courage and consistency. I focus on the tools needed to build confidence and find one’s unique magic spark as a teacher.We need a space to heal and connect: to deepen self-love, self-worth and dream big.The emphasis on the inner work helps teachers to design a fulfilling teaching gig where they are offering their best.Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to study with some of the finest, all around the globe – the late TKV Desikachar, Elena Brower, Abbie Galvin, Gabby Bernstein, Cyndi Lee, Leslie Kaminoff, Pixie Lilas, Judith Lasater and Genny Kapular.
