I currently work as Independent Travel Agent aswell as a Quality Controller. I previously worked as a Customer Service Lead Agent and Train the Trainer with Menzies Aviation at edinburgh airport. During my time working in the Aviation Industry I have worked with many different airlines. I have had the honour of working with British Airways as a Train the Trainer and Customer Service Agent, with Lufthansa as a Flight Manager, Air Transat as a Lead Agent, Air Canada as a ticket desk agent, Customer Service Agent with United Airlines in which I am also a Gate Agent and a Ground Security Coordinator. I also work with a number of other airlines including Eurowings, Vueling, Aegean and have worked with Thomas Cook, KLM, Wizzair, Blue Air, Balkin Airlines, Emirates, Eastern Airways and Air Europa.
