In the midst of the Centre for Dialogue going through a period of fantastic programmatic and staff growth I was able to step in and help in a number of areas including strategic review, professional report writing, scoping for a new student and faculty engagement program, facilitating an abrupt transition to online teaching, and supporting staff in their new roles through weekly coaching sessions.

Assisted the Program Manager in grant writing and administrative project management duties

-Supported recently arrived refugees to Canada with friendship, practical support and orientation to Canada, informal English lessons. -This relationship translated into a long-term friendships with families from Myanmar, which continue to present day.
