Organising up to 21 jobs per day including customer relations, efficient logistical planning, crisis management, contingency planning, diary management, effective record keeping & efficient invoicing. I managed a team of 18-22 staff, improving recruitment and training systems, developed policies & procedures to better manage performance, implemented more efficient systems to improve communication and streamline regular maintenance work, kept the focus on sales conversions & improving staff morale to achieve additional add on sales, assisted with marketing, submitted tender & award submissions, manage & trouble shoot all IT functions including staff mobile phones. In addition I managed incoming calls/emails and diary management for one director as well as support to the other where required. Once we had agreement from clients, the process was to advertise with leading online job boards, interview & assess skills of all applicants in person, reference check thoroughly, and organize meetings with the client until a suitable applicant was found.
