Part of a Change Transformation team working on a multi million pound project to ensure the successful migration of mortgage data to a new IT infrastructure to allow efficiencies between 2 companies. This involved working on a number of key workstreams including Infrastructure, End User Applications and Process Design over a number of sites within the UK. In addition I was responsible for running small to medium projects aiming to achieve operational efficiencies.• Responsible for the requirements gathering and documentation of operational processes including alignment and redesign where appropriate• Facilitating workshops to gather detailed business requirements with follow up sessions to discuss outputs and make recommendations to stakeholders• Producing key project documentation in line with project methodology adopted. Examples include project plans, project initiation documents, weekly status reports, closure documents• Providing key updates to Senior Stakeholders and making recommendations• Responsible for operational defect management process and part of user acceptance testing• Responsible for ensuring Business Readiness for change delivery• Ensuring training documentation was fit for purpose • Recognising and recommending operational improvement to gain efficiencies
