As the Events Coordinator for Archivers I was in charge of planning and carrying out all of the in store special events such as, but not limited to special crop events, make and take weekends, and private parties and functions of our cliental. I also was in charge of the training of new teachers and staff for our store, organizing classes and curriculum. As a supervisor I was responsible for managing staff, opening and closing duties, banking, the employee newsletters and communications, training new team members. During my time with Archive’s I organized numerous events and classes including set up at CKC and teaching.

As assistant to the Director of the Board, I preformed office duties which included, but were not limited to, answering phones, screening calls, light filing, receiving and shipping mail, ordering of office products. I assisted with data entry, maintained and updated the company web site, handled mass mailings, arranged travel, hotel accommodations, and transportation for board members. I initiated an auxiliary virtual group; which required me to promote and run on-line chats, as well as design, edit, and distribute quarterly news letters. During the 2004 National Conference in Dallas, Texas , I organized and conducted the costume fashion show, and a charity event benefiting The Children’s Miracle Network.

Upon leaving I was in charge of the New Accounts department; this involved opening and maintaining client accounts, handling incoming and outgoing ACATS, organizing broker conversions as well as three major company conversions. I also monitored the reception area and was responsible for the mail department. I assisted the cashier with deposits and reports. In the time I was with the company, I developed a data base to track the status of client paperwork and designed a file system for the accounts.
