About Leanne Slaughter

I have extensive experience in the retail sector 32 years,(15 years with the Woolworths Group), in both Hardware and Fresh Foods, where quality of product and customer engagement are crucial. I have managed teams, coached/mentored associates to further there careers, as well as opening new stores to train associates in OH&S.I am looking to attain a management position that will allow me to utilise and develop further the skills and experience I have, whilst being provided challenges to meet targets and drive continuous improvement.
