As the delivery of health care continues to change, I would like to better leverage my strong clinical skills, focus on quality, and understanding of the business of health care with the development of new care models. I have worked in a number of health care settings which have helped me gain new perspectives, understand my limitations, and overcome the challenges present in our current healthcare environment. Understanding concepts of value and quality, and how these differ from individual to individual, and community to community, has allowed me to look at service provision and healthcare quality in new innovative ways. With a proven record of facilitating change I eagerly look for new ways of doing things, and motivating others to understand that to grow personally and professionally they must be part of this change. In May 2022 I moved from the USA to Australia permanently.
