In my current role, i provide support to the corporate sales team within a very busy regional office. This entails processing orders, updating customers, arranging delivery of vehicles to customers and liasing with supplying dealerships with regards to customers orders. I also have to assist customers with any issues or queries that they have. Within my role i have to problem solve often, this means that i can think on my feet. I have also obtained lots of logistical experience, from arranging for vehicles to be moved from place to place all over the UK. I have good customer service and excellent time management skills. As the more senior member of the admin team within the office, this gives me supervisory experience within this role.

This job involved dealing with customers coming in to collect or return rental cars, checking the cars for damage and delivering cars to customers. Again as this role was customer facing, i had to deal with issues quickly and effectively that cropped up and had to get them resolved there and then, again a lot of thinking on my feet and problem solving. I was also left in charge of the branch at weekends so was a trusted member of staff supervising other members of staff and a key holder of the building.
