With over 20 years experience within the care industry, I have developed a deep commitment to improving outcomes for both children and vulnerable adults. My career began in childcare at 21 years old and there I gained 8 years of experience at Management level and qualified to levels 3 and 4 in Childcare, Learning and Development, before branching into Adult Social Care. During that time I had the privilege of working in Switzerland, leading an English team in a bilingual service as well as managing multiple sites across west yorkshire.I transitioned into Adult Social Care in 2018 and began managing services for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Qualified to level 5 in both Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management, over the past 6 years I have excelled in multi-site management, providing strategic oversight and training across multiple sites and teams. Having worked with large charities and organizations in Bradford and Leeds, I am currently the Managing Director of a care provider, supporting older aged adults and those living with dementia. I am passionate about creating environments that promote dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for those in need of care.
