● Clear Accounts in system and process form letter to retail broker (account is clear orblocked)● Process Broker of Record Letters● Prepare and send submission to Underwriters as directed● Process Quotes and Binders● Process/prepare invoice/billing● Prepare and organize bound policy files● Prepare/process Surplus Lines Filings/Forms for all States● Process finance agreements● Check and process certificates of insurance● Review policies to insure accuracy● Work with retailers/carriers to avoid/resolve Notices of Cancellation● Manage and process mid-term endorsements and if necessary invoice any additionalor return premium involved with the endorsement● Generate audit requests● Obtain expiration list and prepare solicitation letters● Prepare correspondence as directed● General office dutiies including faxing, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.● Handle a book of renewal accounts● Maintain new or existing relationships with Retail Brokers/Underwriters
