With over fifteen years of experience in the information and cyber security field, I am passionate about creating a positive and lasting change in the cyber behaviour and culture of organisations. As the Head of Cyber Culture and Behavioural Change at Royal Mail Group, I lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive and engaging cyber awareness and education programme that covers over 100,000 employees across the UK. My core competencies include information security standards, business continuity planning, risk and crisis management, and security culture and engagement. I have a proven track record of delivering effective and innovative solutions that reduce human risks and enhance cyber resilience. I am also a strong advocate for the power of psychological safety, trust and empowerment in the workplace, and I can share valuable insights and lessons learned from my own journey and challenges.
