In 2017, I supported the launch of 4 co-delivered wellbeing services involving NHS and voluntary sector providers. - Budget management and commitment to deliver cost-effective services for the NHS as demonstrated by procurement of resources such as training at 35% of the advertised cost. - Monitoring complaints and incidents within services and contributing towards the organisations continuous improvement plan to improve quality and ensure safer working practices. - Operational management of remote working team of 30 individuals with line management responsibility of 3 locality managers with responsibility for supporting service managers across the organisation in managing performance to ensure that contracted KPI’s are achieved. -Member of the senior management team and responsible for organisation wide changes, including a member of a working group tasked with developing a new health practitioner role.

- Responsible for the performance of NHS commissioned IAPT talking therapies contracts valued at £3.5 million. Involving regular analysis of data and identifying root causes for under or overachievement against contracted KPI’s. - Operational management of a team of 80 individuals with line management responsibilities of 7 locality managers. - To manage all risk associated with the delivery of psychological therapies contracts including clinical risk management, incidents and accidents; ensuring business continuity.- Service development and re-model design depending on shifting priorities. - To monitor the quality of the services provided through audits and IAPT compliant supervision.- Encourage user participation by leading on user engagement roadshows and feedback mechanisms.- To keep abreast of relevant policy changes or developments related to the delivery of talking therapies.

- Management of the eTherapy department ensuring that internal and external performance targets are met and a high quality service is delivered at all times.- Development and maintenance of partnership working across all sectors.Contract management across various locations in Greater Manchester, Merseyside and nationally valued at £1.5million.- Operational management of a remote working team of 22 people with 9 direct reports.
