About Leanne Weaver

Currently my role is as personal assistant to the directors and my own personal task of being a Blogger.These roles entail creative writing, listening, digital skills, organisational skills, use of systems, liaising with colleagues/other bloggers/other companies/service users and enthusiasm.The role of a blogger entails a lot of social media advertisement, writing, editing, publishing and use of the WordPress platform. It entails being open, honest and a little vulnerable at times so that my experiences can be there to support someone else who maybe needs to know they aren’t alone. Being the personal assistant to two directors entails various tasks and adaptability. On one hand I support with funding applications, funding reporting, liaising with HR/IT/Utility providers and more. On the other hand I support with administration behind session planning such as liaising with coach hire, venue hire, rota and flyer design. Each day is different and each day see's my background of Finance, Learning and Development and HR come into play! Throughout my years of working, I have developed a lot of skills around a wide spectrum. A few of these include; system use, business administration, archiving, AAT, TAP training delivery, policy reviewing and writing, formatting important documents, customer service, cash book management, assertiveness and resilience. As well as further developing my organisational, timekeeping and adaptable learning skills throughout.
