I am experienced in administration, training and mentoring, coaching,developing and designing SQA approved training materials and employability training materials. I have experience in a number of positions throughout my professional career starting in hairdressing and barbering, moving into customer service and admin based roles building a vast wealth of knowledge and experience.training and development roles, modern apprenticeship assessing in business admin and customer service, and from this to internal verifying. My experience has taught me that I can: - I am able to train and mentor people and teams to achieve a common goal. I can encourage & inspire people to strive to achieve their goals and boost their self belief and confidence. I lead by example and have a natural talent and a great passion for training, coaching, and developing people. I have designed and developed bespoke training materials to target and develop individual training needs of clients.i have received positive feed back form clients and partners that i have engaged with.
