Hello, My name is Leanne, and I have been a marketing manager for a local family owned Farmers Insurance Agency (my own family), and I worked from home. I have 15+ years of experience as a marketing manager; most experience with the same Farmers Insurance Agency. I have also done some misc. marketing outside of the Insurance field.I worked from home for several reasons. A few of those are that I have a fully functional office in my home (which also often saved the agency on certain expenses). It allowed more room for Agents, clients and full-time employee's. It gives me more comfort that increases my production. I am currently recovering from some health disabilities, which is another reason I have been working from home and the reason I am only looking for part-time work. (FYI - I am on a Federal Social Security Program called "Return to Work").I am skilled at all the different marketing strategies. Keeping good customer relationships, current clients, warm calls, cold calls, local community booths - etc. I am also very willing to investigate and learn new marketing ideas.I work from the idea that the less pressure you put on a prospect, the more understanding and informational you are; and the more comfortable the prospect becomes. Comfort-ability is the first big step towards sales.I am open to working in an office or company location, but would prefer to find something I can do from home for a few more years before making the leap back into a full-time career or continued education. I am interested in new products to market and any new marketing ideas that I am not already familiar with, so feel free to inquire at anytime!I would also be interested in some computer/technical if you don't mind employing a tech without certificates.
