MARKETING: Brand portfolio includes WOOLITE® Dry Cleaner’s Secret®, PROWASH Activewear Detergent™ and Wrinkle Releaser Plus™. Develop and manage branding for all communication including: advertising, public relations, packaging, point-of-sale promotions, online marketing, co-branded promotions and consumer affairs. Supervise staff of two. Liaison to Licenser (Reckitt Benckiser).SALES: Responsible for over 50% of total sales with 40 customers including direct headquarter account management of Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, Amazon.com, Fred Meyer, Menards, Meijer and HEB. Drove profitable growth with account specific programs including trade promotions, in-store demos, joint promotions with other manufacturers, on-pack coupons & rebates, and direct mail. Improved retailer scorecards by identifying issues and managing cross-functional teams to improve shipment accuracy, out of stocks and weeks of supply.
