Handle client's day to day banking transactions; assist in awareness of the mastercard product; pre book appointments for the FSM. Refer to FSM and FP for potential increased business.

Provide excellent customer service to all client's at a very busy branch. Referred to the sales team for opportunity after analyzing client's profile. Exceeded sales targets and met all referral goals. Selling ODP, visa and visa upsells, making sure client's are in the right account. I was also a secure desk operator responsible for end of day duties (balancing, counting, sending cheques and bills to Symcor).

I Started off with Citi in London, ON in the Call Centre Division as a Consumer Credit Analyst when they merged with Home Depot. I then transferred into the Commercial Credit Department temporarily and than made a permanent move into Commercial Collections. Our main focus was maintaining great customer relations with the Home Depot Client and consumers. After a re-location to Windsor, I transferred to the CitiFinancial division where we issued loans, mortgages, and Home Equity Lines of Credit. I executed sales calls to obtain new business from other portfolios within the company. I always met and often exceeded targets. Conducted day to day payment transactions, collection calls and balancing of cash at the end of each day.
