To collate the student numbers for the annual CLA subscription, in consultation with the Publishing Manager, the Legal Services division and the MI team.4. To run an initial check on course reading lists for availability of books in the University collections and to check the CLA website for licence coverage restrictions before liaising with the Online Library department to finalise the lists.5. To order articles from the British Library and source copies of books when required.6. To scan requested readings for upload to a virtual learning environment; to prepare the scans for upload using Photoshop and to attach the CLA coversheet using existing templates.7. To coordinate the provision of third-party copyright material for publication in a variety of media.8. To advise on potential copyright infringements, queries and licensing requests to ensure compliance.9. To participate in CLA-hosted webinars and stay up-to-date with CLA developments involving Higher Education (HE) institutions, e.g. digital rights management, second extract permission services, and guiding the Publications and Online Library departments on procedures.10.
