I'm a freelance Outdoor instructor and bike guide based mostly in Scotland/ Lake District. I have my own bikepacking business concentrating on building skills and confidence with groups of women.Occasionally I work with the British Army during their adventure training in Oman as a mtb guide.I spend a lot of my time adventuring on my bikes and have recently begun to race ultra distance events. I work alongside a few very select companies to create content and build their brand.My previous background was in the care industry for almost 10 years. I studied Dual Sensory Impairments and continue to work with people with support needs. This is mostly based around sport and the outdoors now.
